Helicopter Tours

The military helicopter Bell UH-1 series Iroquois better known as the "Huey" was first produced in the late 1950s. Its invaluable and emotive usage during the Vietnam War was widely recorded in numerous Hollywood feature films including Apocalypse Now, M.A.S.H, Full Metal Jacket and Platoon which helped it achieve legendary status worldwide. Huey’s were utilized for Medevac, command and control, transportation and as assault gun ships.

Over 16000 Huey’s were manufactured and between them they have logged over 27 million flight hours from the 1950's to the present day making them the most widely used helicopters in the world.

All pilots are required to sign the Huey Club pilot charter committing them to airmanship and flight levels specifically designed reduce the impact on the city residents and the marine environment.
